She is the owner and principal of Spaces Reinvented, LLC, opened in 2017, and serves clients in the Greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Our services are designed to fit around you. If you have a special need or project that requires additional services, we're happy to help! Remote services have no geographical restriction to Minneapolis / St. Paul area communities. We can work anywhere in the world!. We gather information about the scope of your project, assess your needs, project timeline, and project investment.
We tour your home and give you our objective expert advice on staging for optimum results. We create a comprehensive plan of what you can do to create a lasting first impression and strong marketing photos, including suggestions on repairs, improvements, furniture layouts, and dcor placements. We provide you with a "Top 10 Priority List" of the must-do's to best prepare your home for sale.
It had all the amenities and features to accommodate our growing family and was in a community we were already established in. We decided to list our existing home for sale in September with the assumption it would not take long to sell. After all, our home was in great condition, had updated features, and was nicely decorated.
We are truly grateful for the opportunity to create beautiful homes for our customers, but also understand there are many more who struggle to even have, or maintain, a place to call home. No matter the reasons for homelessness, individuals and families deserve to live with safety, dignity and peace of mind.

Stephanie helped us stage our home to sell in October 2021. She worked her magic to make it look open and inviting in the photos and better than it ever had in person which is one reason we got above our asking price! She went above and beyond and was so responsive to any questions. She was able to use many items we already had but we also took advantage of her decor/furnishing rentals and that was worth every penny! We highly recommend her and her services.

We have hired Stephanie and team to stage our home before selling it in Fall of 2021 and it was worth every penny we spent. She has proposed and added the interior decorations to my home that has directly contributed to a higher sale price on the home. She is very competitive with the pricing. On Time arrival for the interior setup, very well planned and staffed for the work. She recommended changes, some of them are very thoughtful and does not cost any money to do. Stephanie was professional, kind and conscientious of our "new normal." She wore a mask, gloves and footies. She had lots of ideas with a limited amount of decor. My house has never looked so beautiful. She also had great ideas of how I could incorporate what she helped with at my new home as well. I'm excited to use her ideas and knowledge again.

We decided to put our house on the market, so many things happened in-between getting it ready to the day of listing. Stephanie worked with me every step of the way, I even had to cancel on her a couple times due to other contractor delays. When I finally got to meet face to face she was amazing and professional and could see through the clutter and helped me visualize the space while it was a clutter disaster.
