Carmen baked and delivered a great birthday cake. Best of all she was a great communicator and seemed to genuinely care that the cake she made turned out like the cake we wanted. Sometimes this is hard to accomplish virtually in this age of social distancing, but all was handled perfectly at a reasonable price. I highly recommend The Knight Cakery!
