I went to an open house that Shawn held in my building several years ago and thought that he was nice and professional. I got his emails with his listing videos and thought they were great marketing. Even though I used another realtor to buy my new house before selling my condo and enjoyed working with her, I knew that I wanted Shawn to sell my condo because of his amazing marketing.

Shawn came highly recommended from our friend/neighbor who he had sold a condo at record price in Parkfairfax. We held onto a mailed postcard regarding this transaction, so when we were ready to sell/buy-he was very much top of mind!

Shawn Battle was amazing from start to finish! From renovations, which he managed for me in large part, to his knowledge and understanding of the market, to his now famous videos (featured in Washingtonian Magazine!). He was project manager, real estate expert, and marketing genius. He pulled off what I thought would be impossible and had my house renovated, staged, and on the market in record time. I had 6 offers within a couple days and my house sold well above the asking price. So happy I used him...he’s the best in the business!
