What a lovely building in a lovely neighborhood! Move in soon before the value goes through the roof. Very up and coming.

Sociopathic Board Members will make living here a waking nightmare you cannot escape from.
Incompetent management will make mistakes and you'll be the one to have to deal with the consequences.
They spend money to make a facade of quality while ignoring systemic capital maintenance issues.

I loved living here - was here for three years and left in 2020. The rent included utilities and was a really great price for being close to Tysons Corner, 495 and Arlington (it was congested, biggest negative of this location). Even though it definitely looks and feels a bit dated, the walls were thick and I barely ever heard my neighbors. I never had many maintenance problems nor saw any bugs though I was higher up. I loved having the package concierge service so I could easily drop off packages at the front desk. Plenty of parking and free to guests.

I have lived hear for some 16 years. Never has the service been as bad as it currently is. Currently the exhaust fan in my bathroom is EXCESSIVELY noisy. I have cleaned it out but it is still noisy. When mentioned at the front desk I was told I had to get an outside service to repair it. THIS IS AN INTERNAL BUILDING PROBLEM! A CONDO FEE IS PAID EACH MONTH FOR, "NOW BASIC," SERVICES, MOST OF WHICH ARE NOT PREFORMED. It is really hard to comprehend how the service has consistently decreased while the fee has always managed to increase.
I think that was once an excellent building and management company

Worst place I've ever lived. I wish I could give 0 stars.
-Water leak from external wall into multiple units, after multiple complaints, nothing have been done past 2 years at the least
-Dry wall had to be replaced due to mold from water leak
-Terrible air quality, due to mold in building, doctor recommended to use air purifiers and dehumidifiers to reduce further health complication from breathing in the poison
-Shower temperature drifts due to unmaintained water heater tank
-Frequent water shut off without advanced notice
-Maintenance do not show up on time, often cancels appointments without

I have lived here for 18 months now, and I love it.
First, the location is amazing, with great shops within walking distance, public transport right outside the door, and easy driving access to both 66 and 495.
Second, the amenities are wonderful, especially the big pool in summer, with tons of loungers, and 8 gas grills for residents' use. The gym is good, the machines work and there is a range of equipment. The tennis courts are well maintained. Overall, the grounds are fabulous - I love all the trees and the range of bushes and flowers.
Third, the staff are really good. Before I moved in

GREAT! people who work here but I question the company's ability to support the buildings correctly. Constant issues with water, heating, and our elevators. I doubt our elevator will be fixed any time soon
