Very rude. Customer before us came with only item. Owner spent close to an hour helping her put the whole thing together!. We stood there. He did not take a minute to help us (see if we owed $ for our package already prepared). When requested help he yelled "tell you husband to apologize to this woman!!!!". Never coming again! Should have told customer "I'll be back in a moment!" and helped us. GET JOB WRAPPING CHRISTMAS GIFTS!

Wonderful!! I was in on Monday with a couple packages. I needed assistance with overnighting one and was completely clueless! The gentleman that assisted me was extremely helpful and friendly and kind. I had my two little boys with me and he was just very nice to them and offered both of them quarters for the candy machine. Very pleased with the service and absolutely will do business here again!

Well after being treated HORRIBLE by the owner OF THE UPS STORE ON AGORA DRIVE IN BEL AIR...I decided to come here and I do not regret it one bit! Very professional but also laid back and sooooooo friendly! I couldn’t recommend a better place to use for my businesses shipping needs! Seriously the owner is the nicest guy ever..he walked me through the overnight shipping process and helped me get done what I needed to! I WILL ALWAYS COME HERE HANDS DOWN BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

I needed to ship back an electric bike earlier today. If it didn't ship out today it most likely would've cost me 500$. I have never been here before. I walked in to a very friendly and sincere greeting. I work in customer service and I know when I recieve a generic "hi, how are you? How can I help you". I also can tell when the person greeting me actually means it! The owner Scott was very sincere and I believe he truly meant what he said!

After trying several other places in the area and being denied, I was able to get a document notarized here, no problem. The gentleman manning the desk was extremely kind, helpful, and funny. He goes out of his way to ensure convenience for his customers. This is my new go-to place for anything packing, shipping, and notary-related.

I was visiting from Las Vegas and had to ship a few boxes home. I was told by friends that Harford Pack & Ship did UPS, DHL, USPS, and FedEx and would talk to you about the pro's and con's of each. I hauled my two boxes in, and the gentleman behind the counter was incredibly helpful. He thoroughly went through every possible shipping option, and noticed one of my boxes was nearing its demise on a corner. He said he'd make sure to fix that, I paid the very reasonable cost, and was on my way. When my box arrived home, he not only fixed that corner but the entire box was reinforced
