I've been a client of this agency for about 15 years. Over the last few years I have worked the most with Jodi Ortega in Anne's office. In the last few months I had a lot of changes that needed to be made. Adding vehicles, adding a house, removing a house, new personal articles policy, etc. etc. I really appreciated all the hard work that Jodi put into my account as we worked through it all- she was awesome to work with as always. As long as I need insurance, I will never go to another provider. Everything I've needed assistance with over the last 2 years, they have gladly and promptly assisted me. Folk, I have to tell you. working with Anne Sandoval insurance office is quite an experience. Customer service is at its best I have ever seen. I was working with this lady by the name Sara Nunez getting my auto policy. I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to her for getting me the best policy on our 5 autos. Great customer service. I’m not even a current client but had some concerns about my husbands health coverage.
