Gary has been appraising throughout Southern California, specifically in the high desert and surrounding areas for the past 30 years. He was raised in Temple City, graduated from Temple City High School, received a full scholarship to UCLA, then played professional baseball before suffering a career-ending injury.
After baseball, Gary worked as a ranger in Sequoia National Park and achieved his Forestry Degree at Fresno State in the San Joaquin Valley. Gary then went on to earn his credentials as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. He established his own appraisal company (Fradella Appraisal Works) in 1989 and became state licensed in 1992.
