I found this place after renting another dumpster from a different company but they never showed bad never responded to me. I called Junk Giant last minute, but they were very accommodating and very nice, and I got a dumpster rental the same days I called. They gave me free extra days to have the dumpster and even charged me half price for when I needed an extra day. They have been awesome to work with and I would heartily recommend them for anyone needing a dumpster rental.

Great experience! We had a garage full of wood and construction materials left over from a remodel. Our garage was a mess!!! We checked around and called a few companies, Junk Giant was head and shoulders above the rest. They were super responsive and got us on the schedule and delivered on time. Loading the dumpster was so easy with the doors open, took no time at all. The pickup of the dumpster was professional and they even swept the area underneath the dumpster to ensure our driveway was clean! My only regret is waiting so long to call them! It was very affordable. Give this family owned business

We were very impressed as it is a locally owned company in Gwinnett. It's family owned and run. Erica and Joel, sister and brother are cousins of the owner. They arrived early before the assigned time and got to work. They managed to get the job done in less than 2 1/2 hrs. They were able to remove a sleeper sofa from the 2nd floor bonus room along with lots of junk upstairs. Then they tackled the basement and hauled off shelving units and more junk.
Would we use them again? Of course! We will call them again to help clear the house of junk before we list our house for sale!

Joel and Garrett were amazing! They came right on time and gave us a quote right away. They were also willing to make a deal with us about the pricing! They were very nice and told us they could wear masks if we wanted them too. They worked quickly and efficiently, and also swept the areas where the junk was removed. Overall they were great and made our first junk removal experience amazing!

Joel and Garrett were great! They came early and gave a quick estimate! Then they got straight to work. We had a quite a bit of stuff! Furniture and loads of clothes and printers and you name it! But they got it done quick! Like less than 30 minutes quick with a smile! When I asked them to have a mask on the house there were no complaints just, OF COURSE! And to top it off they even took a box not apart of it the fee down the stairs outside for me, just to help out!

Minutes later I received a phone call to confirm the appointment and answer any questions that I might have about their service. Erica was pleasant and very efficient. A great company! Zach is caring, professional, punctual and VERY reasonable!! He sent two of his guys out to pick up all that was left from garage sale. He texted back to insure all was taken care of.

I don't know what I would have done without Junk Giant. We had a basement full of large and small unwanted items. The polite and courteous men from Junk Giant made it so incredibly easy. They not only hauled it away they cleaned up the basement saving us weeks of work and enabling us to put our house on the market so much sooner than anticipated. Call them!!! Best decision we ever made!!!
