Hours of Operation are M-F from 12pm - 10pm and 11am-10pm on the weekends. We are now offering breakfast Saturday-Sunday from 11am-3pm.

The food wasn't too bad, except that everything tasted like old oil, from the chips on. Tasted like they don't clean their grill often enough, or don't replace the oil frequently. Really ruined an otherwise decent meal.
The music was also too loud inside, especially for an empty restaurant.
And the traffic noise from i5 being literally next to the rear wall was loud on the patio.
But, if they got rid of the old oil taste, I would go again.

The food here was mediocre at best, there were 7 of us and the meat was dry across the board. The house margarita was not good.
They are really stingy, they only bring chips and salsa when you order, only the first round comes with dinner. They also charged $1.50 for 2 extra tortillas with the fajitas. They also do not make it convenient to split checks.
Overall La Terraza is overpriced and lacks good food and good service. I do not recommend and will not be going back.

Do not go here for Mexican Food. You will be disappointed. The only part about this restaurant that was tolerable and edible was the Salsa and Chips, of which I believe might have been purchased somewhere else. There were 7 of us and no one enjoyed their food: grilled chicken tacos, shredded beef, chile Colorado, nachos...all were one of the worst we've ever had. Photos of what we left. Only 2 pics since it was already cleaned up before this review was written. Not recommended.

Hands down the worst experience I've ever had with waiting for a table for 20 minutes. There was a whole lot of people doing nothing around the restaurant, LITERALLY girl in the front kept on saying sorry for the wait but her eyes were glued to her phone 😂 your customer service is a joke and the menu is bland and mediocre.

Visiting from Oklahoma* Service wasn’t great.. wait time to be greeted was to the point anyone would have walked out. We were really trying to give the benefit of the doubt due to the low stars, but unfortunately our visit wasn’t any better than anyones experience who left a 1 star. Then the food was bland, definitely not fresh, and cold. They obviously need to up their customer service and food issues. Looks like it’s been a continuous thing... I do not recommend this place but maybe one day things will change. Good luck

We were visiting old Sacramento while in town to catch up with an old friend. She suggested La Terraza. What a great decision! Due to Covid their main area was closed, but their second story patio looking down on the street was available and offered great scenery while we enjoyed a fantastic meal.
Their shredded beef burrito was so large we were able to split it and walk away very satisfied.

Was there last weekend of Feb 2021 and surprisingly they have dine-in option. Their terraza (terrace/balcony) was surrounded with clear plastic covering maybe to keep the warmth in. We sat next to the railings for better view. Call in advance to reserve a table.
Food was OK with big servings. A bit pricey. Karen our server was warm, helful and funny.
There are parking spots in front of the restaurant and plenty more around the area. Being in Old Sac it'll only be a short walk .
