We have a custom unique home where every room isn't a square room and several comments we had been receiving after showings our empty home was that the layout just didn't work for them. I had called other staging companies and could never get anyone on the phone. I called this one and she staged our home within a week for a 3rd of what I was expecting it would cost. Every showing after staging resulted in an offer. One thing we were worried about was the artwork on the walls. We paid a lot to have our house repainted and holes filled from our own artwork. We are closing soon and their crew picked

Pics below are from just two of the homes that Maritza has staged for my seller-clients. Maritza will spend 2 full hours visiting with sellers and drawing plans and writing them up in detail and then going over it all with seller, so the seller knows what to pack up, what to repair or spiff up, and how to showcase the home. (And staged homes seller quicker and for more money than unstaged homes.) I first knew Maritza back in 2012/2013 from our involvement in two different community organizations where we both held leadership roles. When I list a house that is just needs a little "wow factor" to put it over the top in a buyer's eyes, I ask Maritza to come out and evaluate. She offers two options. 1) she will make detailed suggestions for furniture/art deletiion and placement, & paint colors if appropriate; and 2) in addition she can bring in appropriate furniture and accessories to spruce up a place. I have been so pleased with her work, and will often have an offer in hand very quickly after it hits the market.

Ms. Maritza and team provided a beyond expectation service. I contacted her only two days before my house was supposed to be photographed. She quickly made a plan that worked with my budget, came to assess the house within a few hours, then spent the full day transforming my house into a model home.
