Welcome to Royal Capital, a perpetually busy Hong Kong-style seafood restaurant on the edge of Little Saigon which offers a wide variety of live seafoods, including lobsters, crabs, fish and shellfish. Our menu contains more than 200 items, packed with shrimp, scallop, crab, clam, squid, shark fin, sea cucumber and much more.
Services
Everybody knows Little Saigon is the Center of Vietnamese cuisine in Southern California. But don't forget that it's also home to probably the finest concentration of authentic Chinese restaurants anywhere south of the San Gabriel Valley. Most of these places feature seafood and boast live fish and shellfish, scooped before your eyes from the gurgling fish tanks that line, their dining rooms.

Food was great, their combo options are fine for big family gathering. All the dishes were tasty with rice but not overly salted at all. We were there on New Year Day and it was pretty packed. Not line out the door like Seafood Cove so you definitely should consider here if you don't want to wait, plus there is tons more parking.

The soft shell crab stir fry is the main star of the restaurant. Very affordable and family feel. Other dishes are also great; salt pepper shrimp, stir fry pit pot steam, steam fish, and crab meat soup goes very well with the combo. Be sure to ask for the family meal set if you’re unsure on what to order.

Ended up waiting 2 hours before we received our first dish and another before our next. Our waiter did not care and was incompetent, having likely lost or forgot about our order.
Another customer grew frustrated and left after new customers received their food earlier.
Food is expensive and not worth the poor service. Would not recommend.

I'm having my wedding here but a year ago I went to eat here with my wife aunt and I forgot what it looked like. So when we went to eat there yesterday to get the feel of the place as we get ready for the wedding, it looked run down on the outside. We only reserve that place because I remembered a few things about it and my wife aunt thought it would be nice to have the wedding here.
So as we went there yesterday, the outside looked run down and as I walked inside, it was well lit with wood floors and a open layout. Then I remembered the place is small from the entrance to the back of the building

7E2-902: Once again, food was the best. Service was great as well. Restaurant was not as busy as before perhaps because we got there around 3:00pm.
7E2-401: Good food. Huge menu and lot of family style options. My wife and daughter loved the place. This probably will be our go to place for eating before going to Disneyland. Parking was fairly difficult to find. It seems that parking lot is a little small for the businesses in the strip.
