Critical: Professionalism
This morning I took my vehicle to AutoWerks for an estimate. Igor damaged my vehicle while inspecting it. After realizing what he did he quickly offered me $100.00 cash for damaging it. I did not take the money. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There are plenty of other shops out there with more ethical practices.

Had a stud go loose on me while removing tire which ultimately left me in a terrible situation. I was able to drive it to the shop and they got it fixed and replaced all my studs for under half what the other shops were offering. Highly recommend you go here.
