I was just about to transfer my policy to another provider when Nick Pontiff's office assumed the account. Immediately I sensed the difference! Nick has personally called me on numerous occasions and his office staff has done the same. Calls are returned quickly, emails are sent promptly and everyone has been professional and courteous. While insurance is a necessity, one that most people would prefer to avoid, Nick Pontiff's office has made the process far smoother and more palatable.

We switched our policies to Nick’s office a couple of years ago (and acquired some in the process). Recently, Sarah called us to review our policies. I love having an agency that I can always talk to the same person, and that cares enough to review our policies to make sure we understand what we have insured and that we’re adequately covered. Also, the process was great when Sarah got my husband a life insurance policy for an extremely reasonable price. Definitely recommend!
