GREAT SERVICE!!! It was fast, efficient and he was completely honest with my options for getting my car back in great condition! You can tell, that he wants to give you the service that he would expect in return if he were in your position. Definitely have another loyal customer added!

Should have left this review sooner, but this shop is top notch, foreigns, domestics whatever you got they’ll do and they’ll be honest if it’s not possible. Got an m3 bumper conversion on my BMW and they warned me it might not work but they helped me figure out what I needed to make it work, and it worked!!! Bumper is solid and paint looks great, little pricey but ur paying for absolute great service!

I just had an incredible experience at the body shop. I dented my front bumper on my new Porsche. I was worried for an arm and leg price if I bring into my Porsche dealership for repair, I brought it into Bartlett’s for an estimate. The new owner Pete took a look at my car, rolled up his sleeves and started repairing. I was puzzled that I wasn’t even given an estimate but I thought if I can get it fixed at one visit, might as well not shop around. Not able to fix it alone, Pete called his experienced technician to help. After at least half an hour, the bumper was fixed. I was ready to pay whatever

Honest and competent!
I brought my 96 work truck here with a rust hole. They looked at it and offered me a cheaper patching option that wouldn't be pretty but would seal up the hole. This truck isn't pretty, and I just needed the roof not to leak. So utilitarian and affordable was the perfect solution! I'll be back next time I need body work!

Bartlet's has been a TOTAL win for me. I have nothing but praise for the uexpeditious and amazing work that I have received from Jeff: the owner, and his crew. I have had two occasions in the past two years to require their services and both times I was more than pleasantly surprised at the outcome of the work. Trust me, it doesn't get any better better than This! I can't guarantee that it will get you a better deal but it couldn't hurt to tell them Dale sent you.

Brought in my car here for repair. My entire front bumper was smashed and prior to coming here did a few estimates at other establishments but none of the other places did a nearly thorough look at the damage. Pete walked around the whole car and even noticed tiny things such as how the space between the front fender and door was pushed in, pointing out additional damage. Since they are a AAA direct service provider, the insurance claim was seamless and needed nothing more than a signature.
The job was perfect and both Pete and Jeff took excellent care in doing a superb job. I would recommend
