I have been a patient at Arbor health now for several months. My experience with them is that they are empathetic, holistic, and deeply caring. My experience of traditional medicine has not been that. The reason that I sought functional medicine was to find somebody who would listen to me, explore the big picture, and really take me seriously. I have been dismissed, made to feel like a hypochondriac, and left without answers by traditional medicine. Dr. Zendi made me feel seen and is an excellent practitioner. Dr Zendi is an exceptional healer! She takes the time to listen to patient concerns and tailors treatment to individual. I found Dr. Zendi for my daughters after so many failed attempts and frustrating experiences with other medical professionals. We have been thrilled with our experience at Arbor Health! Finally a place with specialists that are interested in finding the root cause of our daughter's issues rather than trying to (over) medicate her symptoms! Dr. Zendi and all of the staff are wonderful, and went above and beyond to help my family and my toddler over the holidays when we noticed some abrupt and concerning changes in his behavior pretty suddenly after an illness. The prompt reply to my message to them, talking to me about the concerns and symptoms was so appreciated.
