Awaken Psychology offers psychotherapy services to adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families with a wide range of psychological, interpersonal, and/or behavioral issues. In addition to treatment services, Dr. Brynne Mulloy provides personality assessment and diagnostic clarification. She specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy.

She diagnoses and treats depression, anxiety, mood issues, borderline personality disorder, ADHD, sadness, panic attacks, panic disorder, OCD, stress, assertiveness, anger management, self esteem, conflict, codependency, sexual orientation and identity counseling, separation anxiety, and other interpersonal and/or behavioral probelms.

Dr. Mulloy, founder of Awaken Psychology, takes an empathic and insight-oriented approach to wellness that empowers and motivates the patient in the therapeutic process. In her clinical work, she infuses evidence-based, cognitive behavioral therapy interventions with psychodynamic principals in order to both teach her patients skills for overcoming obstacles, while offering insight into the very roots of their problems.
Dr. Mulloy, clinical psychologist, diagnoses and treats children with externalizing and/or internalizing issues. She uses scientifically-based therapy to relieve children of their symptoms and educates families on childhood mental health and child rearing. Dr. Mulloy works with adolescents, providing the most current, evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy and interpersonal therapy.
Dr. Mulloy provides individual psychotherapy and couples therapy. Dr. Mulloy works with individuals who are interested in reducing symptoms of chronic psychological distress as well as those who are interested in individual growth and development of the self.

She has a particular niche for working with individuals with anxiety disorders and specializes in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, specific phobia, social phobia, and obsessive compulsive disorder.She also has a particular interest in Women's Issues and is committed to the growth and development of women of all age ranges.
Dr. Mulloy diagnoses and treats children with externalizing and/or internalizing issues. She specializes in the following: depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, sadness, OCD, bedwetting, behavioral therapy for constipation, anger management, self esteem, sibling/peer conflict, identity counseling, separation anxiety, oppositional defiant disorder, and other behavioral disorders.
