My solenoid valve was changed approximately six weeks ago. The house seemed cold to me. I requested service to check why the humification system was not working well. TC HVAC quickly respond. The technician arrived at 4:00pm. He inspected the valve and determined that nothing was wrong. The inside house temperature was not on the dry side to trigger the solenoid valve for the humidification system to turn on. With the recent change in the temperature the valve is working correctly.

I was having issues with my AC, and my warranty company (American Home Shield) kept tossing me between different service companies so I called TC HVAC. They showed up within 24 hours and got it taken care of. Very professional and knowledgeable technician. Please use them and they will tell you everything you need to know about your AC.

Excellent service and communication. Thea the owner communicated with me directly and was the first to respond to my service request on yelp. He also had the lowest flat rate fee and had the first available time. It was 90 degrees out and I needed my AC fixed asap. He explained everything in detail and was very professional. Thea had my AC repaired in no time and had the parts I needed on hand. Me and my two dogs can now sleep in a nice cool house tonight. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I am completely impressed with the level of service we received. He extended his day more than once to help us when our AC stopped working during some particularly hot days. It felt like he genuinely cared about the comfort of our family by making sure we had a functioning unit. I so highly recommend TC HVAC Services!! The owner Thea is absolutely caring, excellent at his work, responsive, honest, reliable- and a miracle-worker in our case! My parents had a very complex issue with their AC/heating system and unfortunately a previous technician didn't know what he was doing and created an absolute mess with all their wiring and also blew out the transformer. The outside compressor unit was pretty new but the inside control unit was old-school. This other technician probably figured he didn't know what he was doing and just never came back to rectify the problem

Great experience. Great service, professional and good value. I was having trouble with my condo ac unit and came here to Yelp for some quotes. Thea responded promptly and was able to come the same evening. They arrived within a couple of hours. Thea was thorough testing each connection/wire until he found the issue. Thea was nice, didn't try to oversell his services and came quickly after contacting him for a quote. He did basic maintenance. We also asked for advice about how to regulate the temperature on the top floor of our house and he suggested a low-tech, inexpensive i Tikal solution as well as a slightly more costly, scanning solution. Neither were issues he would intervene in directly. He did arrive a bit late and ran into our neighbor's mailbox, but I think he ha fled both situations wells.
