Since the new laws have taken effect, we have filed cases and have secured Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies with no complications and great success for our clients. Some of the issues related to this new law are credit or debt counseling service, an education class to receive discharge from your debts, and you will need to meet more stringent criteria to qualify for the bankruptcy.
Estate planning is working with an attorney to plan ahead for your family for when you pass away or if you become disabled. Together you will discuss your family's needs and what legal documents will best meet your needs. Many of the online form documents are comparable to what an attorney would draft for you.

5 stars to Attorney Bob Everhart -- a very nice, knowledgeable, and professional person. Ditto Mari Scotch, his extremely knowledgeable paralegal. They each made the process easy to get through and handled everything in a timely manner. STEER CLEAR of Kelly -- the rude, smug, and condescending legal assistant. I was literally hesitant and uneasy when having to make contact with her. Her attitude is off-the-charts RUDE. Mr. Everhart, you’re doing yourself and your practice a real dis-service by employing this miserable person. Kelly = negative 10 stars!
