Do you have a servo valve that the manufacturer will no longer repair or you are quoted long lead times? Please check with Industrial Servo Hydraulics, Inc., before purchasing a New valve or a Replacement for the one you have. Many manufacturers do not want to repair their older design valves or they want to replace other manufacturers valves with their newer design.
The first step in our remanufacturing process is to visually inspect and measure all the parts to determine if they are within the specified tolerances. This will determine which parts will require rework. Industrial Servo Hydraulics, Inc. has the ability to completely refurbish End Caps that are part of MTS, Schenck Pegasus/Instron, and DTE & Shore Western Fatigue Rated Actuator Assemblies.
Industrial Servo repairs all hydraulic cylinders from all different industries. From the standard cylinder to the stop cylinders that are utilized in the power generation industry. All cylinders are checked for wear. All seals and piston rings are automatically replaced. The customers requirements and type of fluid being used dictates the seal compound being used.
