TLC provides a solid, coherent foundation for later learning in kindergarten and beyond! All TLC facilities are licensed by the state and are inspected regularly to ensure they meet and exceed licensing regulations. TLC offers high quality, developmentally appropriate programs for children ages six weeks through twelve years at three campuses in Tracy, California.

What services does TLC offer? TLC offers both full and part time academic program options based on Core Knowledge for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years. What are TLC's hours? TLC is open from 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. Our infant rooms operate from 6:00 A.M. to 5:45 P.M. Monday through Friday.

My daughter goes to pre-k at TLC and she loves it! The teachers, Ms. Kristy & Ms. Cece and director Ms. Charla are amazing!!! The staff is always willing to help and take such good care of the little ones. My daughter comes home with new knowledge every day! As a parent it's so important to feel comfortable with those taking care of your kids. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for preschool or pre-k for their little ones!!

My 2 year old has been going to TLC at the Monticello School Site for almost a year now. The staff is very loving, patient and caring. My son is in his wonderful 2 stages :) and they have always been extra patient with him and have also helped me potty train him. My son LOVES going to school every day to see his "Lita" (Mrs. Lolita), Mrs. Christy, Mrs. Jamie and Ms. Taylor. I truly appreciate the love and care the staff has given my son.

My 4 year old daughter attends preschool at TLC. I am extremely impressed with their preschool program. Every week a lesson plan showing what will be taught is sent home. Each week has a fun new theme with activities that go with it to keep the kids excited about learning. My daughter loves to come home and tell me all about the new letters, numbers, songs,colors, etc. that she has learned. Everyone of her teachers and their assistants have been wonderful. They have provided the structure needed in my daughters daily academic and social development. My daughter has learned so much since attending
