The Historic Lindley-Scott House is open year-round, and has been serving the San Gabriel Valley including Azusa, Duarte, Glendora, Arcadia, Monrovia, Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, San Dimas, La Verne, Pomona, Diamond Bar and surrounding areas with personalized weddings, wedding receptions, Banquet Facilities and Catering since 1978.
This Wedding Chapel is located in the city of Azusa close to the San Gabriel Mountains on 4 acres of lush gardens. The Lindley-Scott House was built in 1911 for Charles Lindley, president of the Foothill Ranch. Later, Mabelle Scott Anderson, owner of the Mabelle Scott Rancho School for Girls, acquired the house.

Services
Weddings are available in two distinctive locations. The lawn area, with the wedding arch as its focal point. This area faces the San Gabriel Mountains and is surrounded by stately trees and hedgerows. The gazebo area, adjacent to the Carriage House, has the gazebo and large pepper trees as the focal point.
Unlike some private estates and other venues, an event at Lindley-Scott House is "one-stop shopping". Everything you'll need for a stylish reception is included in your wedding package. There are, however, many options available to meet individual ideas and requests. In addition, there is only one event per day.
So wonderful and intimate. Our reception included 150 guests and we felt close to each and everyone of them. The chicken option was delicious! I definitely recommend this venue to anyone wanting to have an intimate wedding reception! We got married at this amazing Georgian Manor House several years ago and have such great memories!
Open flames of any kind are not permitted in the Lindley-Scott House or the Carriage House. We do not permit rice, birdseed, or confetti - this includes no confetti of any type to be placed on tables in the Carriage House. Q: How early can my vendors or I come to set up? A: We open at 11:00 AM for vendors and/ or brides, there is no charge and set up does not count against your time.

I absolutely LOVED this venue!!! My husband and I initially wanted to get married in May of 2021 but because of covid we decided to postpone until November of 2021. The venue was extremely accommodating to this. No hassle or issues with them. Working with Diane was an absolute blast! She is very responsive and one the the sweetest people I've gotten to work with while planning my wedding. I must have asked her a million questions and she answered every one.
The venue itself is gorgeous. I myself attended APU (which is across the street from the venue) for 4 years and I never even knew the place

There is too much to say about this venue! It's been 2 years to this day and I STILL receive so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was!! The food was spot on! The chicken was flavorful and juicy, the Tri-tip was so yummy, I loved the sauce they used! From providing the ceremony, next door reception, providing the food and even the house to get ready in! I have to live it 100 percent on everything! Diane and her team were amazing, always going above and beyond to meet our needs and have everything perfect! THANK YOU truly from the bottom of our hearts for

Went here for a friend's wedding. The venue was beautiful and the staff was flexible and accommodating. The price was allegedly good too. The only downside was that their banquet hall could have had better ac. I'm sure it would be fine 99% of the time, but our event was in the middle of a heat wave.

The wedding and reception for my daughter and her new husband last Saturday was wonderful. Your staff was curtious and the room was beautiful. I want to especially thank George and staff for setting up the dessert table since Some Crust did not. I paid extra for them to do the set up but apparently the person who delivered the desserts missed that. George and company took care of it which helped reduce my stress during a busy time.
I also want to thank you for being so kind and adding another table at the last minute. Family politics were taken care of because of your kindness :)

Very pretty venue and nice people. My one dislike is the dirt paths. be aware the outdoor areas you have to walk through to get to the different spaces from parking lot are treacherous. You have to walk on dirt paths that are mostly covered with loose pebbles. So not heel friendly or balance friendly. Keep your eyes down on path and maneuver your steps carefully and/or hold on to someone who is stable and wearing flats; or change shoes.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception here. The wedding venue is gorgeous and the food is amazing. We receive tons of compliments on how pretty the venue is. The best part about this venue is, Diane (the coordinator). Diane is very straight forward and explains all the details and fees upfront.. no surprises, no hidden cost. With her help, our wedding day went very smoothly. In addition, staffs were very professional and friendly. Our wedding day couldn't be any more perfect!

Our daughter's wedding and reception were held here on May 10, 2014. I can't tell you how many compliments we received from the guests. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere inside the reception area and the outside grounds are gorgeous. The food was excellent and the service was superb. The only complaints we received were on the prices at the bar. We went with a "NO HOST" bar (Guest pay). No sure if we would go this way again. Water, Tea and Coffee came with the Venue. The Cake and champagne toast were included in the cost of the venue. Service staff were very attentive.
