Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous! Johanna is incredible, the facility is extremely clean and the process is very sanitary. I waxed for 12 years in a different state and because of the pandemic I had not waxed in two years. I was looking for a new wax facility now that I live in Texas and found Sweet Waxology. It was not as painful as I remember or had built up in my head. I will be a regular here moving forward.

Johanna was very patient and kind. She was very informative about her products and the wax she uses. I have fair skin and have had bad results with waxing in the past at another facility. Johanna reassured me that she would be gentle and that products have changed and improved since then. She also gave me tips on what I could do if problems were to arise, although she did not anticipate any.

Omgoodness, today was my first time ever getting a Brazilian wax. I was so nervous. I can't believe how awesome it went and how comfortable Johanna made me feel. I think I laughed through most of it. I had been dreading doing this for years because of being sensitive snd just scared of the pain. It isn't nearly as bad as I played it out in my head. I would like to think Johanna had a lot to do with that. She made it so comfortable and talked me through the whole process. I'm so pleased with the results. I will definitely be returning.

Johanna is amazing...truly a gem! She has many years of experience taking care of unwanted hair. I’ve received eye brow shaping, upper lip and full Brazilian waxing from her over the years, but she can do it all. She is professional and friendly. Jo is sooooo sweet and fast. But not careless fast. I have a c section scar so she pays special attn to that area bc it's very sensitive. She's very easy to talk. She's already in the business so that make the conversations easy as well lol. Jo gets the job done. Cute space as well. I leave out feeling fresh and brand new haha

Typically, I only write reviews if it was bad but I think with the type of service this is, it's especially important. What really appealed to me is that she is the only one providing the services. With these type of services, consistency is key. It makes the experience a little more personable too as she has a brand to protect rather than going to a place where there is high turnover. I would totally recommend and I will be back when it's time.

Amazing service! I was at the Salons at University Oaks getting my hair colored and trimmed. I thought it would be super convenient if I could get a wax done the same day. I pulled up the website for Sweet Waxology and BOOM made an appointment! I felt like it was my lucky day! Convenient and easy way to schedule appointments.

I went in to get my eyebrows tweezed and the service was great! Johanna is very knowledgeable, kind and detailed oriented, so you can be rest assured you will come out of the salon looking and feeling great!
As a guy, I was not exactly sure what I needed done in the eyebrow dept., but Johanna offered some suggestions and I ended up with a little reshaping and cleanup that looked great!
I would recommend Sweet Waxology to everyone, you will not be disappointed.
