Got my cover-up tattoo done by Jason. He had everything ready for the appointment, I didn't have to wait around. He was fun to talk with the whole time which made the tattoo seem quick and less painful. The art speaks for itself, it's great work, pleased with the shading and coloring. I'd go back for my next tat and would recommend to others.

Got a tattoo from Martin here, he was pretty cool. I decided to get a tattoo pretty much as soon as phase 3 was announced during quarantine and tattoo shops were opening again. I think they handled it pretty well. I went in for a consultation, waiting in my car as the new temp waiting room, they called me in, and I was able to break down a pretty detailed tattoo with Martin and then came in for my tattoo about a week later. He showed me the design and it was awesome but I was a bit particular about part of the design and he was willing to change the stencil for me for that one part which was really

I love this place! I have been here twice so far and the artists and receptionist are lovely! The environment was clean and comfortable too. Bobby, who did my tattoo, was so friendly and enthusiastic. I would go back for him specifically. He did an amazing job and is very detailed oriented.

I can't thank Bobby Sylvestre at Blue Scarab Tattoo in Waldorf, MD enough for my latest tattoo. If anyone knows part of my story, I have two cover-ups, one that needs covered, and one BIG piece on my back that didn't turn out exactly the way I wanted it. So it's understandable to be extremely picky for an artist. But thank God for Bobby. His work is the best and EVERYONE SHOULD GET A TATTOO FROM HIM. Super awesome to talk to as well. Oh and he has been tattooing for 20 years. The experience makes a difference.

My experience was terrific. Jason the tattoo artist was amazing😁😁. He was very professional and made me feel safe and not scared to get my tattoo..If anyone I know is getting one I will definitely tell them about Blue Scarab. Really good people!!!

Always super friendly, helpful, and also reasonably priced. More importantly the studio is nice and clean. My daughter got her first tattoo here and it happened to be by the same artist that did a piece for me about 15 years prior.

Super friendly and fun staff, Bobby did my wife's piece of body ink (1st and second), awesome work and well trained. I'm making my appointment after I send my artwork in. Went based on my brother in laws recommendation, he's had most his art done here.

Bobby really listened to what I wanted, created it and it looks amazing. I am truly happy with my tattoo. He had me triple check the spelling and made sure it was exactly what I was looking for before he even started. He is not just an artist, he is actually honest and believes in what he does.
