I called the Powerline location in the morning and they were able to get my items back to me same day. The staff is very courteous and accommodating. I received my clothes back clean, pressed, on a hanger. I’m so grateful, you guys are awesome! This is my new go to dry cleaners. 10 stars!!!

Omg!! Writing this is bringing me to tears 😭, so I been to 3 different cleaners to get my baby shower 👗 dry clean everyone had turnt me down when I arrived at Cache Cleaner the owner wife approached me very professionally I asked her can she dry clean my dress for my baby shower I told her I’ve been to three different places and everyone turned me down I stated my baby shower is the next day on a Sunday mind you Sundays they are close she called her husband and explain the situation and her husband yes I gave her my clothes and sure enough she called me early Sunday morning to pick up my

After using them for 2 years plus, however in the past 4 months they have just been a mess. Twice I’ve received cloths that belong to somebody else, also I have return cloths that were dirty and not press. The ineptitude of one of their employees (female) is incredible, she has been rude and inattentive to my wife in the past and today. She lost one of my shirts is unbelievable. She shouldn’t be in contact with the public, as her excuse is that she can’t find it and had to look for it. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere, please be aware they will lose your clothes. I visited Cache Cleaners in Deerfield Beach for the first time last week, after my regular dry cleaners closed due to a family emergency. The staff was friendly and communicated clearly.
The woman working the front seemed very honest as well. I asked about sewing curtain panels together. She first said they can do it, then after I told her the panels are heavy 80x95 thermal blackouts, she recommended I go to a curtain and drape business. Thank you for not trying to attempt a project you can't handle.

This was my first experience with Cache Cleaners. I had dropped off two coats to get dry cleaned to take on vacation with me. Not thinking anything when I picked it up I brought it home and when I took it out of the plastic it had a weird smell. I thought this was very weird but I had no choice to leave them behind as I was leaving the next day for a vacation. Once I got back I had called the place and explained the situation. They were more than happy to fix this issue and welcomed me to bring it back free of charge. I am very happy with the result the second time around and most definitely will

It's Saturday at 5:30 at night. We have a funeral to go to at 11am Sunday. Clothing was dropped of previous week. However didn't pick it up on time. Sent an email. Moments later the owner emails me back, offers to meet me at the shop in 15 minutes to pick up the clothes. The owner himself drives over, opens up the shop and lets me pick up this dry cleaning. This says a lot about this company. If I could write him 100 stars I would. Absolutely amazing thank you so much. Not to mention my fiancé has a work conference Tuesday in Las Vegas. We would be lost without you, thank you again!!!
