We’ll first off, they would not answer the phone. After several attempts, I drove there to drop off my order. Door was locked and the attendant had to call someone to ask how much a mens business shirt was to be cleaned. I walked out of there as quick as possible after they tried charging $8 a shirt. That is over double what I normally pay. Avoid this place & save yourself some time

I came in with a dress for my anniversary photoshoot. The fabric I had added to make a custom train would have bled onto the white dress so dry cleaning alone wouldn't work. The Manager spoke with me and gave me several options but explained what would be best and why. I really appreciate that she was able to remove all the spots!! I will be bringing all my dry cleaning items in.

From the minute I called, Irene was kind, efficient, and considerate of my order. She was able to squeeze me into the pick-up schedule; who I have to add the driver was extremely nice and courteous. Then, considering the size & condition of my order due to a recent move, it was done so quickly and returned beautifully. Irene made me feel as if she had known me for years. I found Wooven Dry Cleaning online. I called them because I like the fact that they are a green company. I needed to have my suit cleaned in a hurry and was told that it would be ready tomorrow. So far I like the quality and service of this dry cleaners, but their prices fluctuate often. I'll send the same dress and each time they charge a different price for the same dress. It seems very subjective on how they determine what a 'casual, business, dressy etc.' article of clothing is and based on whoever is sorting the item they decide what to charge. They needs a better system and also to share a standard pricing list. I haven't had issues with the quality as other customers have so for now I enjoy getting my clothes dry cleaned properly, but the differences in price

Absolutely wonderful experience! All employees, especially Ilene were incredibly helpful and knowledge. My usual dry cleaner told me my 1 dress shirt would take 5 days, they had it ready the same day! Also, my regular dry cleaner said the Salsa stain would not be removable...Wooven and their team were able to remove it!

WOW..... just saw a new opening of Wooven DRY cleaning!!!! I can't believe they have given birth to yet another establishment. !!!???? How can this happen when my experience consistently was so terribly bad in Boca Raton. ?? They destroyed my clothes ! Stay away. Their head is In. the. sand. They make themselves looks so " high end" with their fancy brochures and hangers. They absolutely destroyed every single thing I ever gave them to dry clean - I would not use them if it was free!!! Beware. At first, Wooven appears to be an extremely qualified business- but it's not. Clearly the home office does not empower their satellite store employees, and when they ruined my expensive, white sateen coverlet, no one really could help me. Simply put, they washed my bedspread instead of dry cleaning it. A real professional would have known the difference.

At this point I suspect unethical business practices is the reason why my more than five requests with different people to see my transaction history have all gone unanswered. I've even asked to speak with the owner in writing and over he phone a total of three times and gotten nowhere. I spend roughly $2500-$3000 a year and cannot get a straight answer.

i cannot say enough about the quality of the cleaning and the friendliness of the staff
i am involved in vintage clothing and have taken some impossible tasks to wooven to be amazed when i pick up a 50 year old dress that looks and feels brand new
You get what you pay for and this is perfection in dry cleaning

I should have listened to my sixth sense which said to turn around and walk out. The first thing I noticed was a large sign on the desk stating that All Customer Complaints should be emailed in. You have to wonder about a business that feels the need to post such a sign right up front. I turned in one men's shirt to be dry cleaned. The second item was a sports top with a small rip in the side. I asked that it be mended but NOT dry cleaned. I stated this at least 2 or 3 times as it is washable and already clean. I have had such a horrible experience with this company. I would recommend not sending anything expensive to them. First off all the clothes I sent, none of them came back very clean. Second off, is the most horrifying experience I've had with a dry cleaner. I sent them my Frette Couture ($4200) bedspread to them because it had a spill on it. When it came back, it looked like it had just been folded. The spill was still there. So I sent it back to get cleaned and showed them exactly where it was when I gave it to them.
