Simply put Jonathan is a wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful and extremely savvy agent. He helped us go from overwhelmed first time sellers to totally calm by having us de-clutter our home and magically transforming it. It showed beautifully. To help accomplish this feat he works with a super team that is fast and efficient. He was able to accomplish all of this within the limited time frame we gave him.

Jonathan is great. A wonderful person to work with. He knows Marin like the back of his hand. He's at your beck and call replying within minutes with answers, yet super patient and out of your way when you're busy, or need space, or need some alone time in the house you may potentially buy. Oh, and the resources. He's got a ton of recommendations of great people that you may need to help you with your decision to buy (contractors, architects, inspectors, etc.) or help you may need after you buy (baby sitters, etc.) He never let us down. Jonathan was great.
