Thanks to Ava, we're happily writing this review from our new home! She negotiated hard on our behalf and worked around the clock to communicate with an overseas seller. I was struggling with figuring out if I should continue just renting in San Francisco or finally buy, even with the rising costs of the city. I am a first time home buyer and was very nervous to buy my own place in this market. Minh was amazing!!!! She was an accountant in her first career and has a nack for numbers and was able to teach me about mortgage rates, property value, and investments. She was so wonderful and was always available to answer my questions and be an avocate for me to negotiate with the seller and facilitate my loan with the mortgage broker. Minh got me everything I wanted!!!! She loves her job, was so easy and fun to work with and has incredible taste in property. I trust her completely and would highly recommend
