Compass Direct opened its doors in California, in 2010, after seeing the need for a more personal insurance experience. In 2015, we opened a second office in Idaho. Our goal has always been to provide customers with support and service above the industry standard. We believe customers are names, faces, people, families, and businesses, and not just an account number.
I am a third generation insurance specialist with over 23 years of industry experience, and licensed in many types of insurance. In today's competitive market, finding the right coverage and pricing is part of the high quality service I strive to provide for all clients. I recognize the ever changing needs of the consumer, and re-evaluate and maintain all of my customer's accounts as necessary.

We strive to provide same day communication, and quick solutions to your insurance needs such as bonds or insurance certificates within the hour. We are are environmentally conscious as a paperless agency, unless our clients request physical copies.

You know, I'm surprised this business isn't reviewed on Yelp yet because Bryan is such a professional and delivers above and beyond what most professionals in his industry do and he's been doing it for a long time. At the same time, I'm not surprised I'm the first to review because unlike restaurants, insurance businesses (or contracting businesses like mine) don't get the same amount of customer volume that drive reviews. Subsequently if you don't ask your customers to write you a review, you won't have any. That being said I'm happy to be the first
