I have been working with Mtn Leisure since January. We originally got a refurbished tub but were not 100% satisfied. Charles was very accommodating to us helping us find a “new” tub and went out of his way to work with us on a trade in. The install crews for both tubs were super polite and did their best make us happy before leaving. A huge thanks to the whole crowd at Mtn Leisure!

We highly recommend purchasing a hot tub from this family owned business. They treat you like family and are very knowledgable. We love our Sun Dance tub and any questions we have had as new hot tub owners were answered with helpful information. We love our tub and it's very easy to maintain(because of the wonderful guidance given to us by Suzanne and Charles the owners).

I bought my hot tub 3 years ago from a company that went belly up a month later...so I wasn’t sure who would service it for me. Since then, I’ve called Mountain Leisure (formerly One Call Spa Service) 3 times with my random concerns. Twice they we’re able to solve my problem over the phone, no charge. Today, however, they paid me a visit to fix a leak in a PVC fitting that I couldn’t locate without them. Nicholas showed up ahead of schedule, was very polite & diligent, and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Then Charlie called to check up on me. Excellent service & very friendly

I bought a new hot tub from Charles and his team last month. I met with him at the warehouse to look over models. Charles is very knowledgeable of the market and industry and answered all of my questions. I picked out a tub and was promised delivery in about 4-6 weeks. Charles came out to my house before delivery and checked out my deck to see what would be involved with the removal of my old tub and delivery of my new one. The delivery went very well and the Mountain Leisure Team did a great job! I have since had some follow-up issues that I needed answers on and Charles will always call me back
