My Mom has been living at the Willows since August 2017 and she loves it. The facility is beautiful, lovely decor, warm and inviting public spaces. We (her family) can’t say enough about the wonderful staff. From Viki, Molly, Gillian and all the girls at the front desk, maintenance people, food service folks, housekeepers, absolutely every employee there treats my Mom (and her family!) with great kindness and respect. It is truly remarkable and I commend them all for it. Mom is 92 years old and every time we pull up to the Willows from an outing she says ‘’this is the best place for me, I’m

My step mother moved into The Willows in Bellingham, WA in Feb 2019. I am so impressed with how well the facility is taken care of and the kindness and attention given the residents. It is a huge relief to know that my relative is safe and surrounded with caring people.

The Willows is a magical place to work! The entire place feels like a cruise ship that never leaves port. The residents give me purpose and I can honestly say there’s no place I’d rather be. 💕

There’s never a dull moment at the willows. The residents are great. The staff are a joy to get to know. This community makes you feel apart of a family. It is truly a magical place to walk into.

This is a nice place. The staff and residents here are very nice to each other. The place is well kept, the restaurant has good service, and the maintenance is very punctual. It's nice to see a care facility that treats the people more like customers rather than patients.
