Multiscapes Inc installed a paver patio at our home in 2003. At that time, their work and customer service was awesome. 18 years later, things have changed alot. Steve told me via voicemail that he would be out in a week or two to get me an estimate for our patio. But informed me that they would not be able to fix until July, as they were booked up solid. He didn't come out to give me a quote, so I called 2+ weeks later, He told me that he didn't remember anything at all about my call or what I needed.
