Having been in various business endeavors since the 5th grade, I've always nurtured a desire to build an organization that stands apart from its competitors; something durable and tough like Detroit, my birthplace and hometown. I founded One Stop Property Maintenance LLC in 2006 with funding from family, personal savings, a full-time day job, and a large dose of entrepreneurial zeal.

Kenji, Rick, Sherry and the rest of the crew at One Stop are excellent at what they do. The One Stop team has been amazing in removing the snow we've had this winter from my business's sidewalks and parking lot. They've also gone above and beyond in contacting us to see if we needed said areas salted on the days where the temperature hovered above freezing. I would highly recommend Kenji and his staff for any property maintenance needs you may have.
