My wife and I have been renting a home through MMPM for about 6 years. Other than our issue about having to pay a process fee to pay for the monthly rent, there haven't been any other complaints to anyone at MMPM. Anytime we had an issue with the home, they were on it with in 24 hours. We had a really nice landlord who took care of the home. So that made things easier when needing repairs. Paying rent online was easy and never an issue processing payment. They also update their website a few years go and it is a lot easier to navigate through. They keep a history of all cases and documents. Anytime

I lived at one of their apartment buildings for one year and I definitely had my doubts in the beginning but their maintenance man is SO kind, professional and timely. Any questions I had they were happy to answer, are understanding and readily available after hours if needed. From management to the cleaning crew, everyone is professional and kind. What a great company to work with. This company found us a tenant in less then a week, with a 4 year lease!!! My wife and i were pleased with the service and professionalism with everyone here. Our renters wanted to purchase home at end of lease and back out at last minute, we were very upset, but thanks to Mi. Management, who listed our home and we sold in less then 2 weeks, with full asking price, way to go Mi. Management and all the help from Brad. I have lived under Michigan property management for about a year and a half; great company! Whenever I had an issue with my home, they would send maintenance out right away and have the problem fixed. Brad is extremely nice and helpful! Joy is great as well and helped me at the beginning of the journey and provided me with a personal cell to contact her if i needed anything. Definitely would recommend anyone looking for property or to rent to go these people! Thanks again you guys!

We moved from Tennessee to Michigan, honestly didn't know what to expect, ended up finding a fabulous realtor named Anthony James, who led us to this wonderful property management company. Michigan Management was spectacular, we were not expecting five star service, but that is what we got each and every-time. As soon as we had an issue, they sent somebody to fix it, and not just anybodies either, people who were genuinely kind and considerate with A+ customer service skills! I have been living at a property for a year and a half managed and ran by Michigan management. They are great people to work with. All of the property managers are very helpful with whatever was needed and a quick response was always received when I had to leave a message. Also Brad and Jeff are great people to work with. They take good care of the tenents. I'm sorry to see that you will no longer be managing this property but I will recommend you to anyone.

We have been renting a property through Michigan Management for about 3 years now. Brad and the whole team at Michigan Management has been responsive, communicative and great to work with. About a month ago, we had a maintenance issue with dryer in the laundry room. They responded and fixed it quickly and professionally. While he was here he noticed another issue that could have escalated into a problem in the future and he fixed that too. The property management portal where you can pay your rent, view your lease and schedule maintenance online was very useful over the years.

Hands down the worst property management company in the business. Brad, a managing partner, is not fit for this business. They did not follow the timeline when it came to refunding or disputing the security deposit - I filed paperwork at the district court. They eventually paid the full amount back, out of court. If you rent with this company, mind every letter of the law, to protect yourself and hold this company accountable. I also suggest having an attorney review the lease prior to signing anything. Also, be very good at accounting on your own.

I could not have chosen a worse management company. Honestly, with no experience at all with rental homes, I could have done much better just doing this on my own. Michigan Management Company had people doing some fixes to the home, but did not tell the people who were showing it, so they ended up showing the home before it was ready. They rushed to get someone into the house, and supposedly checked into their background. The renters paid for a couple of months and then stopped.
