Peak Gymnastics offers women's Xcel and Optional competitive gymnastics as well as All-star Cheerleading. PGA participates in USAG sanctioned events and USASF/IEP events. Our women's artistic competitive season runs January through April. All-star cheerleading competitive season runs October through May. Acceptance on to competitive teams are by invitation or try-out only.
Services
Our competitive program at PGA centers on a solid basic and foundation skills with emphasis on excellent form and execution. Athletes must achieve a set of skills and level of performance to compete at Peak Gymnastics. Practice times range from 4-20 hours per week. Levels 2 - 5 are Compulsory levels.
Welcome to Carolina Thunder, an All-star Cheerleading program created to give everyone the chance to experience the competitive cheerleading world while advancing and developing their skills. Our program strives to encourage our cheerleaders to be the best version of themselves while building self confidence and creating a family-like atmosphere.
Our preschool classes focus on the basics of gymnastics and will help your young child learn the fundamental skills necessary to progress to our upper level rec classes. These classes will incorporate learning and fun into a 45 minute group class. Recommended ages for preschool classes are 3-4 years old.
Tumble, Jump, Flip, Run & Play at PGA! Let PEAK help you plan your child's next birthday party! Want a hassle free party for your child's next birthday? PGA is the place for you. Our energetic coaches will lead fun activities in the gym including rope swing, obstacle courses, trampoline time, foam pit and more.
Summer camp at PGA is a fun fitness based experience that combines gymnastics fundamentals with regular camp activities. Campers will participate in a daily rotation of gymnastics events (bars, beam, floor, vault) to learn basic strength and endurance. Each day will also include games, trampoline, activities focused around the week's theme and a craft to take home at the end of the week.

My child went to a gymnastics class at Peak gymnastics. At the end of the class, I noticed that my child was standing next to another child who did not have a mask. The child that did not have a mask was paired to work with my child for the entire hour of class. When I spoke to the instructor about it at the end of the class, she stated that the child’s mother simply forgot to bring her a mask. This was disappointing to say the least. I asked why was the child even allowed to enter the class or the gym without the mask as these were all elementary school aged kids. The facility put not only my

We’ve been at Peak for 2 years now and I have not been disappointed with my experience. The front office ladies are kind and helpful and the instructors are also nice and competent. We were at Sonshine Gymnastics in Holly Springs previously and it was such a zoo there that Peak is a welcome break- smaller and more intimate and a little bit more laid back.
