ART can be performed ONLY by a Certified ART Provider who has undergone highly specialized training followed by rigorous written and practical demonstration exams performed on the actual technique developers and instructional staff. Certified Release Technique (ART) is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.

I had a massage with Richard and it was an amazing experience. I loved the attention to detail in the atmosphere created in the room. He was able to find spots that needed to be worked out that I didn't even know were there. I ended up getting a massage as a gift for my SO before leaving and I plan on coming back the next time I get a massage. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great relaxing and thorough massage.

Today was my first experience receiving a massage in NC and I have to say, it was by far the BEST massage I’ve ever received! Richard was PHENOMENAL. He was very attentive and hit every pressure point that I had. I walked in stressed and tired. I left the vicinity relieved, pain free and like an entirely different person. Thank you Richard!!! I’ll definitely be booking here again when I come back or if I move down permanently. Once again, superb!
