A very clean and welcoming facility. Reasonable pricing for couples massages. Really easy to call in and setup an appointment. The staff addresses your comfort level and any pain areas before getting started. Heated massage tables and essential oils are also offered during your session. My boyfriend and I really like this place because we enjoy supporting a local business with good people.

I had an awesome 90-minute Deep Tissue massage with a special request: be gentle! It had been a lot of years since I used to get deep tissue massages on a regular basis, and I wanted to ease back into it. The masseuse, Silvia, took the time to understand my request and executed perfectly. I was able to go back today to give this place another chance. The booking and arrival was smooth again with no issues. I noticed in the relaxation/waiting area, the owner had taken my recommendation to remove the pillows in an effort to really begin the relaxation experience. It felt a lot nicer to me as there was a Buddha statue and it looked like some rolling items to assist with the massage. I loved the change.
Today I tried the salt room therapy. It was my first time and I was a little lost at the beginning but def got in the groove and relaxed during that time. I would recommend this service

Fortunate enough to find this amazing spa while having a horrible ME flare. After discussing my needs, the owner with her therapists and front staff were listeners, compassionate and just as important ‘problem solvers’ first. They.truly.care.

I had a child-free weekend so I decided to indulge and book a 90mins massage. I called on a holiday weekend thinking they would be either completely booked or short staffed. They were super accommodating to what I needed and matched me with Kelsey. As you walk in it smells relaxing and soothing. The lighting in the waiting room is dem, and relaxing too. After filling out a information sheet I was greeted my Kelsey. We talked about some of my problem areas and things I could do at home to prolong way further discomfort. This week I had a focus massage by Kelsey and have been so amazed at my results! Its like I have a new upper body! She has amazingly strong hands so she had no problem getting in there and handling the stress. She offered scented massage oils and was a great listener who was concerned with pleasing her clients. I am so happy that I took care of my body and treated myself and especially it wasn't another lame massage (I've had plenty of negative experiences). I highly recommend A to Zen. Also, there are so many other therapeutic services and we need to be kinder to ourselves.

Had a wonderful massage yesterday with Alicia. She listened to my concerns and addressed my problem areas very well. I am pleasantly sore today and feel great! I will definitely be back. Tried Balance Day spa for over a year before realizing I was mostly paying for atmosphere/steam room, plush robe and sauna. Massages were mediocre. It's nice to be listened to, and have the kinks truly worked out. Great job Alicia!

This place is amazing!!! I have been there twice; once for an LED treatment ( it left my face looking smooth and pore less) and the second time for a couples massage and another LED treatment. I've had the pleasure of having Rebecca give me the massage as well as the treatment. She is such a sweetheart and warm individual who cares about her work and making her clients happy.

Got the 5 infrared body wrap package via Groupon. 4 of 5 experiences were great. One of my treatments took place next to the very noisy salt room which I could hear over music playing from my phone AND the wrap didn't heat up as it should've for about 20 minutes and they extended the time as I was the last appt of the day in that room. They apologized for the noise from the salt room; I just made it point to mention it when I booked my future appointments so they could possibly mitigate those circumstances.

I discovered this place in December using a First time client discount in my Valpak coupons. I saw Afton and she was very professional, asking about any areas of concern. I did a 90 min massage that was problem focused. Very beneficial in relieving tight shoulders. Today I saw her again for a relaxation massage. She makes her massages like an art form. She zeros in on any sore/tight zones and offers her therapeutic touch. I've had massages all over the country and on cruises, and she is top of the list!

Elaine was AMAZING! I feel wonderful after my first ever massage session! She was very attentive to my needs and very skilled. I was unsure of what to expect as the trip was a gift but she made me feel comfortable. Elaine let me know i could speak up at any point and it was all about what i was comfortable with. We just moved here and I was looking for a spa to frequent.
My husband and I had a Groupon for the Salt Therapy room. The place was easy to find, staff very nice. It is an older place than I am used to however it was clean and inviting.
The Salt room was perfect. It was exactly what I've been looking for since we moved. Laying on the heated jade mats and breathing that salt air was super healing. Didn't want to leave.
I will be back again to experience the different modality's offered there. Look forward to an update. :-)

We are visiting Greensboro for a friend's daughter's wedding. We did a little research and came upon A to Zen Massage. We had a great experience from the personnel who handle the phones, to those who greet you when you arrive, to the main attraction, the massage therapists. It was a couples massage with Gabriela and Andrew. They were professional and pleasant making sure our needs were met. The location is easy to find with plenty of parking almost at their door. If we lived here, we would definitely be here once a month. Keep up to good work A to Zen and we'll be back if in Greensboro

A to Zen was an amazing experience. I have had Rolfing, deep tissue massages for years now and like super intense, deep, deep tissue massage. I honestly can say Dee who is senior massage therapist gave me hands down one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever experienced. This place is awesome, they write you thank you notes, have little gifts for you when you come in. Takes massages to a whole different level. This is definitely my go to place for massages going forward. Also scheduling is awesome as they were able to accommodate me on a Sunday when I called in the morning.

The receptionist was very welcoming and started me off with short paper work regarding my health. My masseuse, Dee, sat down with me and went over my concerns and goals for the day and set me up in a cozy and quiet room. My hot stone massage with Dee was great. I also paired my massage with 30 minutes in the infrared salt sauna. The sauna is a private, single person room, but I didn't realize that there is only room to sit upright instead of laying down flat. They also offer a jade infrared mat where you can lay down so I might try that next visit. I left A to Zen very relaxed and pampered

This place is simply amazing. Husband and I had scheduled a couples massage a few weeks back and we are big fans. He had Gabriela as his therapist and I had Etiska. We both had our consultations with each therapist and went through the problem areas, if there's been surgery anywhere, etc.. After the consultation I got to choose the the scent I wanted and chose to mix mint and rose oils. The whole experience was so soothing that we felt like we were on cloud 9 when we left. We are most definitely coming back, although we will probably do separate sessions instead of a couples session next time

They also stock many items for purchase that are all high quality and from what I can tell many are hand crafted. Prices are reasonable, and they have great monthly packages and community events. Very nice place! The lobby/waiting area is very relaxing and tranquil. The front desk lady was very nice and professional. They even heated up a neck wrap for me while I waited. My boyfriend said his massage therapist was attentive and able to fix a problem he's had in his lower back. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you again for the great service.

My husband and I came here for a couple's massage and it was such an exhilarating experience for us both! We were serviced by Felicia and Mike and they both did an amazing job! This was our first professional massage and both therapists took time to talk with us about our individual needs and answer questions.The atmosphere is very relaxing and staff are friendly and welcoming. Very clean, peaceful and welcoming. Elaine was informative and did a fantastic job relieving the chronic back muscle pain I had since putting lights and decorations on my 2 enormous trees. As she methodically worked every section of my back I could notice the relief of tension in each section as she went along. My massage far exceeded my expectations. I had a terrific massage with Tonya. She was professional, intuitive and did a wonderful job. As a teacher, I am prone to developing pain and tension in my neck and head. Tonya addressed those areas thoroughly during the massage, and let me know some techniques I could use at home to help with my tension headaches. I felt so relaxed afterwards, and it was the perfect way to kick off my Spring Break vacation!
