We have been customers of Blue Frost for seven or eight years. Their technicians are excellent and thoroughly explain the services they provide. My heat stopped working earlier this week. I called them, they were out within four hours and fixed the issue immediately.

Honestly I’ve had blue frost out a couple of times without issues.I had no heat and technician came out charged the service fee of 88 and said inducer motor was bad. Advised that he could change his he motor but given the age of the furnace being 15yrs old should probably be replaced. Told service guy that I’d get a replacement quote before I replaced the part at 750 dollars. Contacted another trane dealer and technician came out. He took the the time to remove the inducer motor and found a bird fell down the chimney and passed out getting caught in the motor. He cleaned it out and said it

Blue Frost has always done great work for us. We have a boiler radiant heat system that Blue Frost installed. They did a clean and professional job. When one of the thermostats did not function, they came back within hours of my call on a Saturday night and made the repair. Highly recommend this business.

My 14 year old furnace needed to be replaced and Blue Frost impressed me with their knowledge, experience, and professionalism from the first contact with them. Ed from the sales team came out and thoroughly accessed our needs and went above and beyond in detailing what needed to be done and gave us a very fair quote for the job. We have been using Blue Frost for our service and furnace needs since a good friend recommended them around 2013. I have never worked professionally in the heating industry but my Dad did for 45 years meaning I spent a lot of time helping him as a kid! I am very impressed with the accuracy of the technicians as I had an issue at the old house and they fixed it quickly. The new house we just bought had a 31 year old furnace and needed replacement.
