OMG...10 STARS...What can I say about the dental office. Dr. Kim, Bailey and all of the ladies are truly AMAZING!! I am naturally terrified of the dentist, but these ladies from the front desk girls to Dr Kim and Bailey, really helped eased my fear.(still get nervous but they do amazing job of comforting me :-) If I had known about this dental office when I first moved to Dallas almost 10 years ago, I would have brought my family here years ago. I HIGHLY recommend this dentist office. I have officially found my dental office and don't plan on leaving. Thank you CK Dental City! You all are amazing

Update from today's visit: Wow super excellent staff from front desk to cleaning professional. Made my experience mind blowing again. I never thought I would enjoy dental service from previous experiences in the past... My whole family comes here from wife and 2 kids, who are scared of death when it comes to teeth...ages 7 and 4. BUT not once they complaint about the experience. actually I think they like it 😂.

I wish I can give CK Dental city more than 5 stars! I feel at home when I visit CK. The staff is awesome and very friendly. Dr. Kim is the best Dentist I've ever had. I came in with multiple issues and was able to take care of them with a great plan CK Dental put together. They worked efficiently with my dental insurance for me to take advantage of all my coverage. We are going to be patients for life.

I love going to Dr. Kim, she is very patient! I usually get a lot of anxiety when visiting a dentist, but Dr. Kim made it an easy process by explaining exactly what she was doing and how it would feel so that I knew what to expect! She is very thorough and gives great instructions on after care. Christina is also very kind! She will make your dentist visit so seamless, and has great follow up instructions. Even though I live in Coppell I will continue to see Dr. Kim!

It's scary to have to find a new dentist after moving to another state. A friend highly recommended CK Dental City and now we know why. My kids are 6, 9, & 11. They all felt comfortable and having TVs at every station calms down their anxiety. Everyone there is nice & welcoming. Dr. Kim takes her time to explain any issues and next steps. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience for my kiddos. The staff is super friendly and Dr. Kim is patient with my crying 3 year old. The office itself is clean and welcoming, they have a small room with toys to keep the kids entertained (though my kids would love it if the TV were actually playing 😜), they also have coffee and water ready for you to enjoy.

My experience at CK dental was phenomenal. The entire staff is so friendly and professional. I felt welcome from the moment I entered the door. Dr. Kim is an expert in dentistry. She cares about you as a person and what’s the best treatment for you. I just love this new dental office and her sweet staff. I’m an older patient, and I know she cares as much about her seniors as her younger clients. I’m grateful I found CK Dental.... the BEST in every way!!

We moved to Texas two years ago and have found a dentist on every corner, but the difference with Dr. Kim's practice is her attention to detail and affordability. Her new patient coupon brought me into her office, but her excellent service and skills brought me back. She is very detailed in explaining your oral health, but no pressure to do excessive "preventative" procedures. I did have a 20+ years old filling replaced. It was painless and the new filling feels normal. I can highly recommend her!

Christina is the office Manager, i called because I am having a dental emergency. She was polite, friendly and extremely helpful! She got me in same day and explained all my options for payment because I am currently uninsured and unemployed. Dr. Kim is amazing! Fun, knowledgeable and extremely caring. She took a look an provided my options for treatment. Between Christina and Dr. Kim they have treated me so well and have worked out a very fair price for all the treatment. I will be their patient forever and will bring my family here too.
