Josh has been involved in headhunting since he joined Jivaro as its head of Client Research division in 1999. In addition to his day-to-day headhunting responsibilities, he also manages multiple teams of recruiters that focus on high tech placements and handles operations for one of Jivaro's four regional offices.
As a hiring manager your day is packed with deadlines, deliverables, and meetings. How are you going to make that hire? Most hiring managers are able to dedicate approximately 30 minutes a day to sourcing for the talent they need. That's 2.5 hours per week or 10 hours per month. With Jivaro's unique team approach, you have 40 headhunters working 8 hours a day together to fill your open position.

An absolute success. I was placed into not only a position I could excel in, but a position in which I could be promoted. I was promoted in less than 6 months from what Jivaro referred me for. Part of it is being willing to create success for yourself. Jivaro will set you up with an opportunity and a great role based on your skills, though making it happen is on the interviwee. These guys will put you in the RIGHT PLACE at the RIGHT TIME. Incredibly happy with the results.
