This was literally the worse experience I’ve ever had in a doctors office. I had questions about what to do next and how I should navigate as I am aiming to live a healthier life. When my vitals were taken I asked for specific tests to be done. They did not remember until after my blood was taken. I literally felt like I was another check to them. I did not see the doctor I requested. The office staff was EXTREMELY unorganized and none of my concerns were addressed. I went in for a physical and worries about chest pain. CHEST PAIN! The bedside manner was not acceptable. No one was mean or rude

I’ve always gone to this clinic but I don’t know why they been getting rude I guess it’s because a doctor change or something the nurses think they can just get away with it but not with me. I had to call in several times for a prescription within 3 weeks and still the pharmacy hasn’t received it. When I call the office either I’m put on hold or sent to voicemail. I DO NOT recommend going to this doctor office they do not help their patients!

Me and my family had been going to this office for 5 years. The Dr. Himself is never there. The turnover is ridiculous. They have resulted to charging fees that aren't legal when it comes to paperwork for children. I have had A very unpleasant conversation with some staff members. I have been there through several different NP (3) to be exact as well as nurses and office managers. Not sure as to why there hasn't been a regular set of staff since I started going here in 2015.

The doctors at this facility actually take the time to listen to you. In the general habit of other medical visits, I rattled of my concerns in the usually expected timed manner; however, both Dr. Lewis and Dr. Labady listened, showed empathy, patience, did not dismiss vital concerns as did my previous physician at Piedmont. The facility, staff and patient care are so unassuming and unpresumptuous that one would initially believe that they may not be getting equivalent value/expertise for expense; however, I invite you to experience it for yourself.

Only visited this office a couple of times before finding another PCP.. Only seen Dr. Labady one time and that I don't understand (it's your practice but you're never there)... The only NP my family and I Really liked was Mrs. Young, by the time it was time for another visit she had been replaced for whatever reason. This office has entirely too many turnovers and that's not good when you are the patient trying to establish a relationship with your doctor
