If you want the worst of the worst this guy is it. I paid bail bond to him upfront only to have him harass me every day of the week, scream at me in public and intimidate me because the friend I had that I paid him to bail out did not return his phone calls every day fast enough for him. This guy is a warped head loser who leaches off people trying to do business with him. Do yourself a favor. Get ANYBODY else if you need to bail a friend out.
