One day shortly after moving into our new house, my wife and I got a knock at the door from a gentleman named Bruce who wanted to talk to us about solar panels. It was something I wanted to look into, so I figured it couldn't hurt to learn a bit, so I invited him in to hear what he had to say. I had my solar power system installed by Key Solar Solutions, December, 2017. It was working great until last week.
I happen to noticed that the level of power generated seems unusually low for wonderful bright sunny days lately. And, there is an indicator's light on the inverter box turned red from green. I reached Key Solar Solutions asked for help. They sent a technician to my place the very next morning, replaced a brand new inverter box and solved the problem, FOR FREE.
3 and half years later after the installation, the excellent service of Key Solar Solutions is still just one phone

We recently purchased Solar after meeting with Key Solar Solutions. Jesse Carl was very knowledgeable and professional in addressing all of our questions and concerns. I am convinced the purchase program through Key Solar Solutions is superior to the lease programs. He was very knowledgeable and gave us facts and personalized Information when we were in the decision making process. Install was quick and flawless and since, he or his team has been in Contact to check on us, the panels, and our happiness with the product. In May, I purchased solar panels from Jesse Carl at Key Solar Solutions and I'm currently in the process of waiting for my solar panels to be installed. If you're even considering getting solar installed, definitely talk to Key Solar. Everyone is friendly, informative and helpful. They figured out how to support 100% of the electricity usage for our house and our plug-in hybrid. I'm saving at least $100/month between my electric bill and gas for my car.
So it's one thing to be good when you're trying to sell, but entirely different once the deal is done. We've had two minor problems (not Key Solar's fault but both affected their work). They were immediately on top of it. Easily reachable and completely available
