Vicars Trailer Sales was founded over 52 years ago by Dave and Barb Vicars. With just a small corner lot shared with a gas station, Dave and Barb began to build one of the most successful R.V. Dealerships in Southeast Michigan. After being loyal customers for several years, Vicars made substantial increase in their prices without informing their current customers of the change in advance. I discovered the price increase when it was time to renew my storage contract. Because I had no warning, I had no opportunity to budget for the increase or to look for alternate storage. When I asked about the sudden price increase I was told that they are still cheaper than the competition. When I asked why I wasn't given advance notice, I was told there is a waiting list for storage and I can find an alternate company to store my camper

Justin and the whole staff where exceptionally welcoming and knowledgeable about what we where looking for and put us in the perfect trailer. Since rolling a camper 10 years ago we where hesitant but they put all our concerns at ease and where very detailed about everything we needed to know. No pressure sales and a family owned feeling where perfect. We would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a travel trailer 100%

Purchased a used pop up from private owner. Had questions about service and tires. Justin (in sales)was helpful, said my questions would be better answered by the parts and service dept, transferred me to Keen. I got the feeling I was imposing by asking a number of questions. One comment he said was "you're talking about a 2002 pop up after all it's 2021". said they are busy and doubted his boss/owner would want to do the service bc they were too busy and camper was old.

We came to Vicars on recommendation from a family member and we were not disappointed. Absolutely loved working with everyone there! I have never walked away from a sales experience happy until now. We worked with Justin and he was incredibly helpful, professional and personable. The owner Vicky is very friendly and all the guys in service were great too! Searching for a specific Bluetooth-enabled thermostat for the AC/Furnace in my RV began as a frustrating experience. After a number of fruitless attempts in dealing with both online and local RV suppliers, I made the call to Vicars Trailer Sales. When I spoke with Sunshine from Vicars’ Parts Department I was informed they didn’t have the specific item in stock, but she offered to contact the supplier and provide me a quote. I gladly accepted the offer. After a short period of time Sunshine called back with all the necessary information, and with my approval my order was immediately submitted

Awesome, top~notch customer service! The experience buying from Vicar’s was great. As a first time travel trailer buyer and puller ~ I was somewhat nervous ~ Justin set me at ease with his amazing knowledge and his professional, helpful service. Other RV dealerships I visited were nowhere near the excellent level of Vicar’s. John and Steve were stupendous ~ they explained the working parts of my unit and the hitch. I am informed now and confident in hitching my rig to my truck. Thank you guys so much!!!

Top notch! We worked with Justin and he was the most patient and kind person! He did not make us feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. He made sure to answer all of the questions we had and was very thorough with all of the trailers we looked at. He is very knowledgeable about each make and model.
