J&J came out on 1/3/22
They were very professional and on time they did what 2 tow trucks couldn’t do. They are very experienced at what they do I highly recommend them for ANY towing you need.And by the way they helped me with getting a Uhaul truck that was stuck very deep in mud. Kudos to you guys!!!!!!

First time I called he said I don't think you can afford me, I figured no problem maybe he was having a bad day.
A month later I called for a quote and when I asked for his name he said that's irrelevant. May God bless him and his buisness but I don't believe many people want to spend money with someone who treats them in this manner I find it hard to believe he earned any 5 star reviews but to each their own

Do your best and stay away from using this guy. He's ridiculous high, doesn't provide you with any paperwork and what was paid for parts and labor. He did my truck and told me 2 new turbos was put on and come to find out its one! Oil leaks all down the lines he supposedly put in. Busted O rings. My turbos were put on crooked and caused a leak down into the DPS system which now has to be replaced. He's unprofessional and gets angry about his lack of work. He's on his way to court again. He already has several judgments and I can see why. Save your money and time.

The person who answer the phone is very rude and he tried to get in to fight with me over the phone because accidently I called more than once . I had to hang up the phone when he got so rude to me but he continued calling me so many times and didnt stop untill I blocked him ..then he texted me telling me if Im a man answer my phone..

If you don't mind being ripped off and insulted use this Company. My experience was so horrible, I'm having a hard time believing that these good reviews are actual customers...... This Company is price gouging so hard that it should be illegal. They don't do a job unless they know they are ripping you off.

This is the place to call when you are needing help in Detroit Mi area. The guys was supper friendly but very prompt on service and took care of the customer and more importantly took care of the driver. I called multiple places and no one would help I called and the owner Dr. Phil and he helped out with the parts and evening helping out with the towing. This is what customer service is supposed to be. Thanks guys for your hard work and help it is greatly appreciated.
