While visiting Wilmington, a filling fell out and needed repaired. I was able to get an emergency appointment and Dr. Rich and the dental assistant did an excellent job making it a quick, painless, interesting experience!! Everyone was great from check-in to check-out!! So grateful I made the choice to call Winslett & Walls!!

Honestly the best dental experience I've ever had. I was new here so wasn't sure what to expect. While I was waiting in the dentist chair they brought me a blanket to cover up with it was amazing. After my visit I received a card in the mail sign by everyone in the dental office thanking me for my visit it was such a cute touch. So glad to be a new patient here they really care about their people.

Dr Basinger is my hero. She is very good and also very gently which is a big plus for me.
Over time I noticed small chips in my upper front teeth. Yes everytime I smiled or spoke it was noticible. I had become self conscience about it. I asked Dr Basinger if she could fix the small chips and she did!
I didn't have to be numbed up, she is always so gentle. And if I did not know the chips had been there I wouldn't be able to tell. Also they look better than they did before the chips. There was a little overlap where the chips had been. It's gone.

I have been going to this dentistry for over 10yrs now and I wouldn't trade them for anyone else in town. I am always welcomed to a warm and positive atmosphere among the whole staff. Holly, (the one that always does my cleanings and x-rays) always makes me feel like there is not a worry in the world every time I'm under her care; very sweet, genuine and dedicated to her work. She always greets me with a smile and honesty, if not for her till this day my smile wouldn't be as spectacular as hers. I consider this office to anyone looking for true honest and most trustworthy people to care for them

I love this dental practice! I've gone here for many years. The office runs smoothly. I'm always seen on time. Billing is exactly as explained. Dr Basinger is kind and caring with a gentle touch. The hygienists are gentle and explain everything they are doing. The front desk staff greet you like an old friend. I'm always happy to recommend them.

Extremely friendly efficient staff. Never have to wait they really adhere to your scheduled appointment. Medically Dr Walls is exceptional, explained the procedure, insured I was never in any discomfort and completed the procedure to my complete satisfaction. Can't say enough good things about this practice.

Dr. Levine is fantastic and is a dental artist. I had a cracked tooth over the holidays and he was able to get me an appointment in a timely manner and did an OUTSTANDING job in recreating my tooth. I wish I could give this practice more than five stars. He’s a caring dentist with tremendous skills.

Dr. Winslett is the best dentist I have ever visited. He takes time with his patients, listens to them and their concerns, and really cares about you as a person as well as a patient. He and his staff have made my dental experiences awesome over more than 10 years of visiting him. I will always be thankful for that postcard I got years and years ago offering a consultation at his office at a time when I was desperately in need of a caring and understanding dentist. I had numerous issues due to hereditary dental problems and he addressed them all and myself like a person and not just like a nameless
