Let's list all the positive experience I received from scheduling my appointment to when the keys were returned to me.
1. Appointments were avaialble and flexible.
2. Felt welcome and they listened to my additional concerns. Their customer service was exceptional.
3. Waited a decent time at the waiting area.
4. Vehicle was returned and everything I asked for was checked.
Overall, my experience at this location was extremely positive. Keep up the positive work!! Would definitely come back.

Alonso's is amazing, they are incredibly professional and well organized. I've been coming here for the past three years since I attend college nearby. Being a college student with a tighter budget and some bad luck with my car, Alonso's has been great. I've had a couple serious issues come up with my car: they replaced some crucial wiring that had been damaged by a rat, and gave me a discount, they did some difficult work on my passenger airbag and sensor, and I bought new tires from them after one of my old tires blew out, at a discount considering the quality of the tires

5 stars for quick and friendly service, and great communication. I took my car in on Monday afternoon around 2 pm for an inspection because dashboard light kept on flickering when I drive. Vidil, the front desk technician (my apology if I spell your name wrong) was very helpful. The next day, they called me at 11 am to inform me about the issues: battery and alternator works fine, it was the battery connection. They found 3 more problems: rears shock suspension oil leak, air filter, and nonfunctional tail lights. Total $499 for everything.

My car's engine check temperature light turned back on after another shop was unable to find the cause a month ago. I took it here to Alonso's and they were professional and transparent about their process and prices. They made sure they were able to identify the issue and not only that, they were even able to provide additional recommendations about other concerns I didn't even bring up (ie a rattling noise coming from the vehicle). They reached out to me to decide which repairs to have completed and provided a quote/estimate beforehand so that nothing was charged without my consent

Wasted over a week with my car here, only to be told they don't know what the issue is...they even told me they needed anew AC compressor part, and they will order it, then was told a few days until my car is ready. Now they say they don't know for sure if that will fix the issue or not...how are you going to order a part without knowing if it's needed or not?
They also charge $130 to diagnose your car. Don't waste your time here.

My beloved Honda Civic 2000 finally died after 213,000 miles of use. Alonso's gave helpful information about getting a replacement engine, but it was decided that it wouldn't be worth putting a used engine in that might not run for long. A mechanic at Alonso's bought my Civic, and they did not charge for the diagnosis on the car or the 6 days it was parked inside (normally they charge after 3 days for storage). Alonso's was able to test another car I was considering purchasing the next day after I called to see if they could check out the car. They're always so friendly

Just went in to drop off my car, told me it would be 130$ just for them to diagnose the car. I explained how I have a code and what I knew only for then the guy to sass me. Here I am a 22 year old girl , he probably knows I know nothing about cars I was just surprised with the price without actually fixing the car. So I tell him the code and what I knew about it, he then asks me "well do you know what it is?" "Do you know where it is?" I answer no so he looks at me with a look as if I'm dumb and moves on to tell me that that's what the 130$ is for to look where the

I come and get oil changes which is ok the only bad experience I've had here is that I was told I needed new brake pads when I really did not. My sons uncle checked the pads only because I knew it couldn't be that I needed new ones I had just got them done not even a year ago I even took a pic of how thick my brake pads were and they wanted to charge me $210 to replace them. I wouldn't trust this place too much. Sorry.

This family owned shop is amazing. As honest as the day is long. They communicate effectively and make sure you are not being taken advantage of. I felt so comfortable having them repair my truck to pass down to my daughter to take a 12 hour drive to her destination. The 1 year warranty was also very comforting. They understood my situation and treated me like family. I highly recommend this family owned Upland business.

Came here for the high reviews since I don't know the city too well. Worst mistake ever. Took it in for engine light being on. Said it was mass air flow sensor so I got that fixed, paid and took my car before I even get back home my engine light turns back on. So we call and they say to bring it back. I take it back and after a while I call to get a update. They say that my rim broke while driving it. The son told me it's not a big deal and not to worry so I figured they would replace it since they did break it. After talking to the son he said the the rim is not there fault cause apparently

They were great with customer service. Did an oil change, topped off fluids and did a tire rotation for a great price. My air filters were bad and they called to confirm I wanted changing and even sent pictures before doing. They then informed me of my rear shocks leaking and suggested I take it to my dealership since it was under warranty. They could of charged me crazy and not told me, but they had great customer service. I will be back no doubt

I've taken my automobiles to Alonso's several times and each time I've been treated fairly, received excellent service, and competitive prices. They go above and beyond fixing small things they found without charge. The most recent they informed me when I picked up my car that the brake light was out. They repaired it without charge. They could have called ahead, and gave me a quote to repair. Instead they just informed me they replaced it at no charge. Not a lot of money...just plain old customer service!

Took my car hear for a issue with the air pressure circulation.. also got a diagnostic. That was a little pricey but definitely worth it.. iv been to multi mechanics and have had to go back with in the same week because job wasn't done rite.. I haven't had one problem since the day the job was done by these guys. Definitely will be going back.. also the price at the end was dam good

I haven't even left their parking lot because I wanted to make sure I have this place the best review it deserves. *I always por things off for later, and you wouldn't imagine the 'laters' i have yet to finish* .... anyways, con my initial call to v service completion this place was a gem. Informative, caring, and must importantly they didn't give me the impression that they'd say what they would need to in order to make the sale. My car was due for an oil change and tire rotation but I knew something else was wrong when I would drive. I can hear it and feel it as i drove slow. So it was inevitable any mechanic would find what was wrong. As they did! My axle boot was torn and my tires had a huge gash from the inside! I would've never noticed! They gave me a quote on the maintenance and i found it very reasonable compared to others! My car came out brand new and I'm pleased with their service and reasonable prices! I even brought my brother in law with me and he's bringing his two cars in for their service

This place is awesome! Alonso and his kids run a quality honest shop. They don't cut corners and do great work. Even if you just come in for oil changes, you get a good value for your money. I've also had major repairs done here, they do the work fast and take pride in the quality of the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I went today to Alonso's Auto Repair. It was a great experience, everyone was really nice and well mannered. My car was inspected by one of the techs, He was knowledgeable about the different issues on my car and helped me understand what was going on. I would highly recommend to take your cars there. They took really good care of me. And they will take care of you!
