Angie and the team have been servicing our cars and I must say that I have never had such a great experience with an auto repair company. We had a problem with an intermittent noise in our van that other shops couldn't find. They found it! They had installed a radiator a couple of months ago and unfortunately it was defective (no fault of theirs) so I took it back around 4:00 pm on a Friday.

Very professional service with a friendly touch. I've been coming here for regular maintenance for about 3 years, and have no complaints so far. I don't think they're the most competitive price in the area but their rates are reasonable and seem to be reflective of their quality and attention in a good way. They are a AAA certified location.

Angie and team are exceptional as it comes to standing behind their work, this in the car repair industry is a rare gem. Heck you don't even get that from big dealership, so what that tells me they have ethics which will never bring reproach on the truth. I bring my car only to them, because as they demonstrated time and time again and more recently by fixing my window assembly. If you go anywhere else get ready to fall into the norms of unethical tyrants of the car repair industry.

Answered all of my questions (there was a lot), honestly help me come up with a car maintenance program. (Priority List as I have an older car) Gave me a ride home and was willing to pick me up from work to get my vehicle. Excellent all the way around. So happy I found them. My car was running rough and lagged after stopping for red lights and stop signs. David and his able-bodied team went to work, fixing the engine problem along with air conditioning that suddenly stopped working. Took my Dodge Ram here after seeing all the positive reviews. Never had a better experience with a mechanic. Had brakes changed, spark plugs , transmission fluid , check engine diagnostic. Very disappointed. Very sloppy work and I'm not sure how knowledgeable some of the mechanics are. We had several maintenance items done with our 2003 Subaru Forester in February of 2020, including replacement of the power steering pump, tuneup, hoses, and AC leak repair, total of $1,200, so not a small job. When we came to pick up the vehicle I got in it, backed up and drove 10 ft and realized that there was something wrong with the power steering as it was whining loudly and jerky. I don't know how they didn't notice that, and it wasn't just fluid level. I parked it and went

Was able to find them through a auto club promotion as they were near my office I read their reviews and yelp and decided to give them a shot. Scheduled an appointment on line and was greeted pleasantly by Angie that was able to accommodate my car service. I was contacted and advised about any additional issues to need attention and my car was delivered at the time promised and within the estimation I was given. Honestly, I can't think of a better customer service experience to talk about than what I experienced at Save On Auto Care. Everything lines up at the shop, superb customer service from the ladies up front, knowledgable and honest mechanics, timely service, and affordable prices. I absolutely feel that my car & I are in the best of hands at Save On. I bought my car years ago because it was cute & I had no idea how particular the make was in terms of parts ( Volkswagen ). I can't describe the recent ordeal that took I think 3 weeks to resolve. But David & the rest of the team worked hard to find the exact used part I needed in order to save the additional money that a new part would cost from the dealership. And when I went to pay the bill, I know they showed kindness to me once again.
