Just purchased a 2019 KX250 from Kawasaki City in Irving, TX and this was by far the best experience I've ever had at a motorcycle dealership. The sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable and best of all the OTD pricing listed on their site and quoted over the phone is exactly what the OTD pricing is when you show up to the dealership.

They installed both of my tires. My rear tire was the most recent. They're very knowledgeable and highly professional. I understand they can't really work on other types of bikes but they made an exemption to my 94 Honda Shadow VLX600. It's just installing tires. Everyone else is like "oh we don't have tools for metric bikes" yeah, okay lol they're very friendly, specially when I started to get bored waiting, they kept me company. The tech who worked on my bike made sure my brake feels the same, if not he'll adjust it. But it's still the same. He made sure the tires were well balanced. And my goodness

A fair, friendly, and painless experience. Many dealers charge hundreds above the manufacture's suggested destination fee, NOT Kawasaki City. Kawasaki's website said $430 for my bike, they charged $430. The cost was fair before I even walked in the door, and there was zero pressure to buy. Way to Go Kawasaki City. I will do business with you again for sure. Sad that I can't give this place 6 stars, but I guess 5 stars will have to do...

Been buying motorcycles and other toys for 35 years now and this was the easiest and best purchase yet. This dealer does not sell 100K party boats, Chinese jeeps or five different brands of bikes. Salesman Adrian answered the phone, quoted me an OTD price in 15 seconds, then kept in touch via email until the unit was ready. Drove 700 miles round trip passing many other Kawasaki dealers. When I got to the dealership, Adrian had all the paperwork filled out for me. I was in and out in 30 minutes, and that included a nice walk around of the Mule I bought. I am glad I found a dealer that still does

The customer service was more than great! They were pretty welcoming and helped me out a ton when it came to searching for a bike. Also the out of door price really helped me determine what bike I was able to get. I can vouch that no a lot of places do this. In addition to this, the paperwork process was easily manageable thanks to the staff. They have a great selection of bikes from classics to hyper sport performance. Although I live far away, I will definitely be coming back for another one someday.

Wow! I can honestly say that it was a breath of fresh air to walk in to this business: as straight forward and honest as it comes. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner and I determined that he has a genuine interest in treating his customers the way he expects to be treated.
If you're even tentatively thinking about a motorcycle purchase, do yourself a favor and come in and talk with these guys. I dealt with Adrian and he was both very knowledgeable and professional, yet down to Earth and friendly.
