In 2013, CEO Tony Sorensen and his Partner Chris Ohlendorf split-off their executive search and staffing firm from their previous partners. One of the main reasons for the split was that Tony had the vision and foresight that the times were changing, and cold calling and high turnover was not the way that he wanted to do business.
