Upon approval of your membership you will be required to provide a copy of your identification. To add a beneficiary to the account you will need their Social Security Number (SSN), EIN or ITIN. Under the USA Patriot Act, all financial institutions are required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
